SLO Pest & Termite warranties their work in writing.

• Fumigation, 5 year warranty

1. Warranty is on existing drywood termites at time of treatment (we can't warranty against future infestation, sorry)
2. Warranty is to re fumigate or local treat the area of failure.
   

• Soil treatments, 5 year warranty

1. Warranty is for existing subterranean termite and all future subterranean termite infestation
2. Warranty is to continue treatment or retreat the area of failure.

• Continue treatment only means areas of your home may not be accessible at time of treatment.  SLO Pest will come back free of charge and treat these areas as they become accessible (example bath trap).
  

• Bird exclusion, 5 year warranty

1. Warranty is on all parts, materials and labor
   

• Local treatments, 2 year warranty

1. Warranty applies to the treated wood members.
   

• Termite/dry-rot repair, 2 year warranty 

1. Subterranean and Drywood Termites
   
2. Warranty applies to material and craftsmanship as per state law

Though rare, treatments can fail. the determination of why a treatment has failed is the responsibility of SLO Pest and Termite.  The remediation thereof is also our responsibility
